Richard was absolutely brilliant, and set the warm, loving and relaxed tone for what became the most special ceremony that we've ever witnessed.

Richard is clear and well spoken with a gift of the English language. He has a great ability to put you at ease with a timely joke or compassionate words where needed to help steady yourself.

We genuinely cannot imagine how it could have been done better, or with more sensitivity.
